BOLT Fitness is a community-driven strength and conditioning gym with locations in Bayside, Queens and Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Our group training combines strength, endurance, HYROX-inspired conditioning, mobility, and recovery to help everyday athletes build real fitness that lasts.
Our Story
BOLT was founded in 2020 in New York City with a simple belief: Fitness should challenge you but it should never make you feel like you don’t belong.
We built BOLT for people who wanted more than another overcrowded gym or intimidating fitness trend. We wanted a place where beginners, experienced athletes, and HYROX competitors could train side-by-side, push each other to improve, and enjoy showing up every week.
Today, BOLT serves members across Queens and Brooklyn through structured group training designed to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and overall performance. The workouts change. The standards don’t.
