Dive into one of our Recovery sessions, tailored to provide your body with the necessary tools to heal itself and improve on your mind-to-muscle connection. Options are available for both Muscle Recovery & Power Vinyasa Yoga.
RECOVER
When you recover, you give your body a chance to adapt to the stress that you put it through with exercise. That’s why we include active recovery within our programming, to help increase blood circulation to repair + rebuild muscles, tendons and ligaments.
RECOVERY LAB:
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Recover by taking part in one of our guided Restorative Stretch. These 45-minute sessions are slow paced and focus on long holds, stillness and deep breathing to:
- Allow your body to heal itself
- Improve on your mind-to-muscle connection in preparation for your next training session
POWER VINYASA YOGA
Welcome to the perfect blend of Sweat and Serenity! These 45-minute sessions provide you with a powerful, energetic form of yoga where we fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting our breath to the movements.
These sessions incorporate aspects of:
